Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 48 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Financing

We believe that we have a responsibility to use our best professional care, skill and judgement in planning for your dental treatment.  No business or practice can fulfill its mission to its patients when a bond of trust is violated by failure to pay for services rendered upton completion of treatment.  Not living up to this trust violates this important business principle.  We accept Cash, Checks, Mastercard, Visa and Discover, as well, as Care Credit and Citi Health Card as forms of payment.  Please visit www.carecredit.com or www.healthcard.citicards.com to see if you qualify for low or no interest financing.

If you are fortunate to have dental insurance benefits, we will complete your insurance form and submit it to your insurance company, as a courtesy to you.  We are not responsible, however, for what your insurance company chooses to pay or reject.  You are ultimately responsible to pay for any services provided to you.
